The remote report is a written document based on imagery and records that already exist for a place you name: what is visible, what is not, and whether going there is worth it.

Nobody is sent to the site under this service. It provides no certified measurement, no regulatory survey and no expert opinion in the legal sense.

Field missions (photographer, drone, survey) are quoted separately and are not covered by these terms.

The remote report costs €149 per report. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code, so the price shown is a net price with no VAT added.

Payment is made online by card through Stripe Payments Europe. Saywa never receives or stores card details.

The cost ranges shown elsewhere on this site for other methods are indicative and are neither an offer nor a quote.

The report is sent by email within 48 working hours of payment.

If the available data cannot usefully answer your question, you are told so and refunded in full.

As a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason, under article L221-18 of the French consumer code.

Because the service is delivered within 48 hours, that is before the period ends, immediate delivery requires you to expressly request it and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report is fully delivered (articles L221-25 and L221-28). That request is collected at payment.

Until the report has been delivered, you may withdraw and be refunded in full by writing to contact@saywa.fr.

Complaints go to contact@saywa.fr and are answered within fifteen days.

The report supports a decision. It rests on third-party data whose freshness and accuracy Saywa does not guarantee, and it is dated.

It replaces neither a visit, nor a regulatory survey, nor the opinion of a building professional, and cannot make Saywa liable for a purchase decision.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts.
