The description of your need, as you write it, and the place it names.

Your email address, only if you provide one, so that you can be answered.

On payment: the amount, the date, and the email address Stripe passes on. No card details ever reach us.

No account is created, no password is asked for, and no advertising cookie is set.

Audience measurement is in place: Umami, hosted on our own servers in Europe. It records the page viewed, where the visit came from and the device type, with no cookie, no identifier that follows you between sites, and nothing passed to a third party.

The data is used only to handle your request and deliver the report. The legal basis is performance of the contract, or your consent when you write without ordering.

It is never sold, shared or used for marketing.

Brevo, for the emails about your request.

Telegram, which alerts us to your request. The text of your request and, where given, your email address pass through it. Telegram is not established in the European Union, so that data leaves the EU.

Nobody else. You may ask for your request to reach us without going through Telegram by writing to us before you submit it.

Requests are kept for three years from the last exchange. Accounting records tied to a payment are kept for ten years, as the law requires.

You may access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data by writing to contact@saywa.fr. You get an answer within a month.

You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
